The SUNMI T2s is a vertical Android POS system with an integrated 80 mm thermal receipt printer. It achieves a maximum print speed of up to 250 mm/sec., using SUNMI's unique printing technology for reliable, smooth printing. Finished receipts are then automatically separated by a cutter for easy removal.

Other equipment of the T2s include a 2.2 GHz Kyro-260 high-performance octa-core processor and a large memory of 3 GB RAM and 32 GB ROM or optional 4 GB RAM and 64 GB ROM. The comprehensive interface selection consists of USB, RJ11 (serial), RJ12, RJ45, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0 and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). Plus, the POS system may be optionally expanded with 4G, an NFC and a magnetic stripe reader.

The T2s is operated via a 15.6" main display with full HD resolution and capacitive multi-touch technology. If needed, it may also be expanded by a second display on the customer's side. A 10.1" HD touch display or a second 15.6" full HD touch display is available for this purpose. To ensure that all displays function without interruption - even near other high-power devices - the T2s uses an industrial-grade touch chip that is immune to electromagnetic interference (EMI).
